Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the Contemnors/Respondents herein for the willful disobedience to the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 12178 of 2022 dated 07.07.2022 forthwith.

2. It appears that the petitioner failed to appear before the respondents Police and share the documents pertaining to the above said suit.

3.The petitioner is directed to give fresh representation before the second respondent Police within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order by enclosing the judgment and decree of the Civil Court. The second respondent is directed to consider the above said fresh representation of the petitioner by summoning the petitioner as well as the counter parties and decide the same on its own merits. 2/4
