The Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 07.09.2021 made in H.C.P(MD)No.1171 of 2021.

2. Admittedly, the detenue is a major. Even according to the petitioner, she is eloped with one Balamurugan. Direction is given by this Court only to produce the detenue before the concerned Judicial Magistrate as and when she is secured.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State upon instructions would submit that the police are taking earnest efforts to secure the detenue.

4. Hence, we do not see any reason for contempt. The Contempt Petition is dismissed.
