ORDER
The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police to conduct enquiry based on his complaint dated 29.07.2025.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint directly before the first respondent and the same has been forwarded to the second respondent for enquiry.
3.The petitioner claiming to be a graduate has lodged a complaint with an allegation that the respondents 3 & 4 has received a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- for arranging a job and has also issued fake appointment order. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner 2/5
submits that apart from the complaint dated 29.07.2025, the petitioner has also lodged another complaint dated 01.08.2025 before the first respondent. The petitioner has also enclosed the Bank transaction and the fake appointment issued by the respondents 3 & 4 along with his complaint.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the said complaint was received by the first respondent, only on 04.08.2025. 5.It is very unfortunate that the Police are taking one month time for registering a case. Therefore, the respondents are directed to look into the complaint and take appropriate action, as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
