This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to restore patta and other revenue records in the name of petitioner for her land in Survey No. 118/4A, Poigai Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tenkasi District measuring to an extent of 0.22.5 hectare by considering the petitioner representation dated 09.11.2022 and by following the proceedings in Na.Ka. AA10/4338/2021 dated 03.12.021 issued by the 3rd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the representation of the petitioner was considered and the cause does not survive any more.
