ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a mandamus to the second respondent to issue Non Traceable Certificate relating to the missing of the petitioner's sale deed in document No.3668 of 2012 dated 06.11.2012 registered on the file of the Sub Registrar, Karivalamvandhanallur.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry has been conducted and it is closed.
