COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police, in Crime Nos.152 & 155 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is having five previous cases at his credit.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The case in Cr.No.152 of 2021 was registered on 02.10.2021, whereas Cr.No.155 of 2021 was registered on 07.10.2021. It appears that out of petty quarrel, both the cases have been registered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5.The antecedents of the petitioner would reveal that he had involved in five previous cases. One is under Section 392 & 397 IPC, which was disposed of, another cases under Section 379 IPC & 380 IPC, which are still pending. Apart from that, the offence of murder, ie., under Section 302 IPC, was also disposed of. 6.Considering the nature of the petitioner that he continuously engaged in the assault matters and his bad antecedents, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. 7.Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed. sd/- 13/12/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
