ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that his complaint has not been addressed by the respondent Police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, petition enquiry has been initiated in CSR.No.355 of 2025 and they are likely to complete the enquiry, within a week. 3.In view of the above, this Court directs the respondent Police to conduct the enquiry in a fair manner and complete the same, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event, if the petitioner's complaint constitutes any cognizable offence, 2/4

then, the respondent Police shall register a case or else, close the complaint. If the respondent Police decides to close the complaint of the petitioner, then, they have to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
