J.,) The petitioner, who is the sister of a convict prisoner bearing PID No.16994, confined at Central Prison, Palayamkottai, has filed the present writ petition seeking issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to challenge the impugned order passed by the second respondent dated 16.04.2025.

2.This Court earlier on 26.09.2025, orally directed the petitioner to appear before this Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the petitioner appeared before this Court in person. We enquired the petitioner. During the course of enquiry, she stated that she is working in the hospital and her mother is in the old age home.

4. Heard both sides and perused the records.

5. Considering all the above stated facts, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the second respondent. 6.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
