PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.Not Known of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused rank not known, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 67 of Information Technology Act, 2000, in Crime No.Not Known of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had posted his wedding pictures on his Whatsapp profile status without consent of his wife while the petition for divorce is pending before the Family Court, Tirunelveli.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any such offence. Further, the summon has been received by the petitioner from the respondent Police.

4. Even though it has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that enquiry is conducted by the respondent Police, the officer from the respondent Police Station is present before this Court and stated that no summon is issued to the petitioner.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that there is no case is registered against the petitioner so far and no enquiry is pending against the petitioner.
