Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's claim with regard to compassionate appointment in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.13613 of 2011, dated 30.09.2011, which was upheld by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.524 of 2012, dated 16.04.2012, within the time frame.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's claim with regard to compassionate appointment, in the light of the order passed by the Principal Seat of this Court in W.P.No.13613 of 2011, dated 30.09.2011, which was upheld by the Division Bench of the Principal Seat of this Court in W.A.No.524 of 2012, dated 16.04.2012, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Though various averments have been raised in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted if a direction is issued to the respondents to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.08.2013, it would suffice.

3.Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, without deciding the issue on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.22277 of 2019 merits, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.08.2013, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
