This Writ Petition has been filed praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned

order dated 28.02.2017 issued by the eighth respondent herein, quash the same and direct the eighth respondent to permit the petitioner to have the assistant of an Advocate in the domestic enquiry relating to the charge sheet dated 23.01.2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is dead and the matter has become infructuous.
