2.Though the learned counsel in both the petitions claim that the issue between the petitioners and the defacto complainants in the respective cases have been amicably settled and the proceedings in Crime Nos. 183 & 184 of 2025 have to be quashed on the ground of compromise, they have not produced any documents, such as compromise memo to that effect.
3.In view of the above, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed, with liberty to these petitioners to move petitions afresh along with the compromise memo, if the issue is settled.
