This Writ Petition was filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from laying road on the Patta land of the petitioner, bearing Survey Nos.635/3, 635/4 and 636/1 of Kappiliapattu Village, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 03.12.2021.

2. When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner along with others had also filed a suit in O.S.No.45 of 2022 before the District Munsif Court, Oddanchatram, for the very same relief.

3. In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition and this Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
