Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Para No.6 of the order in Crl OP No.11098/2022 by an Order dated 01.09.2022 the file of this Honble High Court.

To extend the time for surrender as fixed in the order passed in Crl OP No.11098 of 2022 by on Order dated 01.09.2022 the file of this Honble High Court and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUNANITHI M, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Crl.M.P.(MD)No.12384 of 2022 has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Para No.6 of the order in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11098 of 2022, dated 01.09.2022.
2.Crl.M.P.(MD)No.12314 of 2022 has been filed to extend the time for surrender as fixed in the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11098 of 2022, dated 01.09.2022.

CRL MP(MD) No.12384 of 2022 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Para No.6 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11098 of 2022, dated 01.09.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs Only) to the credit of Crime No.17 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur at the time of furnishing surety. 5.Time is extended for further two weeks for executing sureties, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered accordingly.
