ORDER

The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing her under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the respondent Police are not harassing the petitioner. However, a criminal case was enquired by the respondent Police as against the petitioner in Cr.No.29 of 2023 and the same has been transferred to CBCID. Apart from this case, the petitioner involved in another case pending on the file of the fourth respondent in CSR. No.236 of 2025.

3.In view of the above, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the fourth respondent and co-operate for the enquiry. The fourth respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of 2/4

three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondent Police are not supposed to harass the petitioner. In the event, if any criminal case has been registered as against the petitioner, she has to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
