To pass to call for the records and set-aside the order of conviction inflicted as against the petitioner passed in C.C.No.95/2014 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Thiruvaiyaru, Thanjavur District dated 10.02.2021 confirming the said order passed by the Learned Additional District Court / Essential Commodities Act Special Court, Thanjavur in C.A.No.25 of 2021 dated 23.05.2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEGADEESH PANDIAN M, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 24.08.2022 in Crl.M.P. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition before the trial Court regularly.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
