This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order in Na.Ka.No. 52/R1-PS/ INS/ SVG/2023 dated 25.08.2023 of the second respondent and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission and necessary protection to conduct the Adal Padal Programme on 06.09.2023 at 06.00pm to 11.00 pm in connection with Krishna Jeyanthi Thiru Vizha of Arulmigu Krishnar Thirukovil at Erivayal Village, Sivagangai District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel on either side submit that the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. 2/4
