Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as B.T.Assistant (Science) in the sanctioned post at the 4th respondent school namely, Hindu Higher Secondary School, Kannankulam Sri Mutharamman Kalvi Valarchi Sangam, Kannankulam Post, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District with effect from 27.04.2012 as per the proposal submitted by the 4th respondent School dated 05.06.2012 with salary and all consequential monetary benefits.

The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the 3rd respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as B.T. Assistant (Science) in the sanctioned post at the 4th respondent School namely, Hindu Higher Secondary School, Kannankulam Sri Mutharamman Kalvi Valarchi Sangam, Kannankulam Post, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District with effect from 27.04.2012 as per the proposal submitted by the 4th respondent School dated 05.06.2012 with salary and all consequential monetary benefits. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as B.T.Assistant (Science) in the 4th respondent School since 27.04.2012 without any salary. However, the respondents did not consider her request and representations submitted in this regard. Hence, for approval of the appointment of the petitioner, this writ petition has been filed. It is further submitted that in the meanwhile, the petitioner's appointment was approved.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this writ petition for further direction. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No Costs. It is needless to say that after the approval of the appointment of the petitioner, if it is otherwise in order, the respondents are directed to pay salary and other monetary benefits to the petitioner.
