ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner dated 14.07.2025, passed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.8925 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9511 1/3

of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, dated 14.07.2025, passed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.8925 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9511 of 2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
