ORDER

This civil revision petition has arisen out of the dismissal order passed in an application filed under Order 7 Rule 11 of C.P.C. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the very suit has been dismissed for default. Therefore, nothing survives in the matter.

3. In the result, this civil revision petition stands dismissed with liberty to file an application to restore this civil revision petition, in the event of suit is ordered to be restored in future. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
