ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.88 of 2020 and file a final report early.

2.When the matter was called, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondent submitted that investigation in 1/3

Crime No.88 of 2020 has been completed and negative final report has also been laid as 'Mistake of Fact' before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirupuvanam.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, the Respondent is directed to issue notice to the Petitioner/defacto complainant with regard to the closure report. Thereafter, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirupuvanam, within a reasonable time.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
