ORDER

The petitioner and the contesting respondent namely the third respondent herein have entered into a joint compromise dated 21.12.2021. The joint compromise memo dated 21.12.2021, signed by the petitioner as well as the third respondent and their respective counsels is placed before this Court. The said joint compromise memo dated 21.12.2021 is recorded.

2.This writ petition is allowed in terms of the joint compromise memo dated 21.12.2021 and the impugned order dated 28.02.2017, passed by the first respondent is hereby quashed. The joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
