ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that he has not been issued with a fitness certificate for the plant, machineries and equipment to be used in the contract work, has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue a fitness certificate.

Mr.P.T.Thiraviam, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents, by referring to a Certificate which has been issued on 29.08.2023, submits that the petitioner's plant, machineries and equipment have been examined and certificate has also been issued on 29.08.2023 and the same has been despatched through a registered post on the same day itself.
