This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.5(b) imposed in Crl.OP (MD)No.11652 of 2024, dated 09.08.2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police. 3.The petition for anticipatory bail was ordered only after hearing the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Therefore, modification for the deposit condition cannot be entertained by this court. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, at the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for complying the conditional order, dated 09.08.2024.
