ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE] The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.06.2018 and take action against the illegalities in laying new pipeline over the ground and to direct the 2nd respondent to provide a pipe valve to make connection between the old pipeline and OHT for providing the water supply to the people of Kaduvetty Panchayat. 2.The learned Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent, by relying upon the counter affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent, would submit that by proceedings dated 18.04.2018, work order was issued to one contractor, namely, Ramsamy belongs to Karuvantha Village for providing extension of pipeline from OHT under the estimated amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) and for fixing the pipeline over the ground level.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the said fact and would submit that now, the entire work has been completed. 4.Having recorded the aforesaid subsequent development, since there is nothing for further adjudication, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
