ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order of the Tahsildar, Thottiyam, wherein the request of the petitioner to include her name in the legal heir certificate has been rejected.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the daughter of one Suresh and Jeya, who is the 2nd wife of Suresh. The said Suresh is the petitioner's biological father and he passed away on 09.01.2022. However, 3rd respondent/ 1st wife obtained a legal heir certificate for her daughters and sons, excluding this petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner made an application to include her name also in the legal heir certificate. However, it has been rejected.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the 3rd respondent has 2/4

already filed a suit before the District Munsif Court, Thottiyam.

4.In view of the above, the petitioner has to work out her remedy before the civil Court by establishing that the deceased person is her biological father and with this liberty, this writ petition is closed.
