2.The petitioner made a representation dated 26.09.2019 to the second respondent and it was forwarded to the first respondent for further orders. Since the same has not been disposed of till date, the petitioner is before this Court.

W.P(MD)No.22255 of 2019 proceedings dated 18.10.2019 in Na.Ka.No.47874/2019/Oo.Va.6 and submitted that the representation made by the petitioner dated 26.09.2019 has already been disposed of.

4.The above said proceedings is taken on file and this writ petition is dismissed, as nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. No costs.
