49/2006 issued by the second respondent, quash the same and issue a direction to the respondents to lease the Rajasingaperi Tank, Ullar Thalavaipuram Panchayat, Sivagiri Taluk, Tirunelveli District, for a period of one year from October 2018 to September 2019 accepting 15 % increased lease amount as per G.O.Ms.No.332 (Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Department).
