ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, seeking anticipatory bail in respect of CC No.65 of 2016 on the file of Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 506(ii) IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act. 2.Entire CD file perused. It shows that this petitioner was shown as absconding accused in the final report. Now, the trial Court issued summons for appearance of the petitioner. 3.At this stage, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise.
