ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to survey the property situated in Survey No.178/5, measuring an extent of 1 Hectare 43.50 ares, Thudaiyur Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District.
2.Heard the arguments of Mr.N.Kamesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, the subject property is his ancestral property and the patta for the same stands in the name of his father, Mani @ Arokiyasamy in Patta No.885. The petitioner submitted an application on 24.06.2025, in Application No.2025/0123/22/010192, seeking survey
of the subject property and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 24.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
