PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of transfer proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Pa.Ni.II (5)/225/2017 dated 07.03.2017 by the first respondent and proceedings in Na.Ka.No.087/A2/2017 dated 28.02.2017 of the second respondent served through the third respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.92/A1/2017, dated 10.03.2017 quash the same as illegal.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to quash the impugned order of transfer passed by the first respondent by proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Pa.Ni.II (5)/225/2017 dated 07.03.2017 and the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.087/A2/2017 dated 28.02.2017 by the second respondent served through the third respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.92/A1/2017, dated 10.03.2017.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is now working in Chennai and therefore, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
