ORDER
Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Bank submits that the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous, as after filing of the Writ Petition and during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the respondent Bank is not debiting any amount from the account of the petitioner and that the petitioner is regularly operating the account.
2. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
