O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce either the person or Corpus of the petitioner's daughter namely, Rajalakshmi, aged 24 years old. 2.This is the second application. Previously, the petitioner has filed petition in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13898 of 2019 and the same was closed on 01.10.2019, since the daughter of the petitioner namely, Rajalakshmi got married with one Veeramuthu. Thereafter, the petitioner's daughter lodged a complaint before the respondent police seeking police protection at the hands of the petitioner. Based on the said complaint, the second respondent police conducted an enquiry and during the enquiry the petitioner and other family members gave an undertaking that they would not disturb her marriage life with her husband. Now, again the petitioner sought for a direction to produce the victim girl namely Rajalakshmi before this Court.
