This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission to put up the permanent Metal Sheet Shed in the premises of Sree Alagu Natchi Amman Temple at V.Karisalkulam Village, Thiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent.

3.In view of the orders dated 12.09.2019 passed in W.P.(MD) Nos.19558 and 18564 of 2019, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
