(MD) No. 14882 of 2021 dated 25.10.2021 on the file of this Hon`ble Court.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SELVAKUMAR.S., Advocate for the petitioner and M/VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondens the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14882 of 2021 on 25.10.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the earlier occasion, due to connectivity problem, he could not appear before this Court. The petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivakasi and not yet taken on file and that the petitioner has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.
4.Due to connectivity problem, the learned counsel for the petitioner could not appear before this Court on the earlier occasion and this case has been posted today under the caption 'For Dismissal'.
5.Taking into account of the stage of the case and submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14586 of 2021 on 25.10.2021 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
