ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to grant permission to conduct the Poojas in the Emblem of Pasumpon Muthuramalinga Thevar will be held on 29.10.2019 at Ottanchathiram, Dindigul District.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the District Students Organizer of Tamil Nadu Thevar Peravai, Dindigul. On every birthday anniversary of the Pasumpon Muthuramalinga Thevar, the members of the petitioner's organization used to conduct poojas at the emblem of Pasumpon Muthuramalinga Thevar. Therefore, this year also for the purpose of conducting above said pooja, the petitioner sent so many representation to the third respondent seeking permission. Till today, the third respondent did not consider the representation and the same is pending.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner sought for permission to conduct various programs in view of the birthday celebration of the Pasumpon Muthuramalinga Thevar on 29.10.2019, in which, the third respondent is ready to permit the petitioner to conduct function issuing note books to the general public at Gandhi Nagar, Ottanchathiram. He further submitted that no permission will be granted for flog hoisting and other function as sought for by the petitioner.
4.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and grant permission only for issuance of note books to the general public at Gandhi Nagar, Ottanchathiram. Insofar as the other requests are concerned, the third respondent is directed to pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law. The petitioner is directed to file an undertaking affidavit before the third respondent and the third respondent shall impose necessary conditions to avoid untoward incidents. If the petitioner or other group members violated any conditions, the third respondent is at liberty to take action as against the petitioner, in accordance with law.
5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
