Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring the disconnection of the electricity supply in service connection No.05-261-006-965 as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to restore the electricity supply within the time stipulated by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents.

2. Seeking restoration of the electricity supply for the petition mentioned service connection, this writ petition came to be filed.

3. Following the interim direction given by this Court, the electricity supply has since been restored. It appears that the respondents have made some demands on the writ petitioner. If that be so, it is always open to the respondents to formally serve the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2 W.P.(MD)NO. 4337 OF 2017 order to the petitioner after complying with the principles of natural justice and also enforce the same in accordance with law. Since the petition mentioned electricity connection has already been restored, this writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty to the respondents to proceed in the manner known to law. No costs.
