Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The prayer in the writ petition is for restraining the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.434 of 2017 respondents 1 and 2 from permitting the 5th respondent to transfer to the 3rd respondent Society.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was submitted that such permission was granted and the 5th respondent is presently working in the 3rd respondent Society for the last 5 years. Therefore, it is obvious that the writ petition has become infructuous. Nothing survives for further adjudication. 4.The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, accordingly. No costs.
