ORDER
The above civil revision petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Thanjavur, to number suit filed by the petitioners in Filing No.10750 of 2020 dated 11.12.2020.
2.Without representing the papers, the revision petitioners have rushed to this Court invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 3.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the revision petitioners to represent the papers with due compliance. If the learned Judge is convinced with the reasons given in the representation papers, he shall proceed to number the same or else the learned Judge call the matter in the open Court, hear the parties and thereafter, pass orders. The said exercise shall be concluded within a period of 15 days from the date of representation of the papers. 4.Registry is directed to return the original papers to the petitioner, after getting necessary acknowledgements.
