ORDER

The above Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Certiorari to quash the order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.14982/2015/G5 dated 23.06.2016.

When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.P.Thambidurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the remedy available to the petitioner is only to challenge the order of the first respondent/District Revenue Officer by filing a civil suit and not by filing a Writ Petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, the Writ Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move the Civil Court, if she is so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
