This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. Crime No.11 of 2018 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Woman Police Station, Ottanchatram, Dindigul District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.11 of 2018 and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Otanchatram, and it has been taken cognizance in C.C.No. 39 of 2019.
