2 W.P.(MD)NO.22330 OF 2024 Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1, 2 and 3 to not to give any permission to form a threshing field (Nerkalam) and road in the Senganakulam Lake is situated Poovanam Village Pattukottai Taluk, Thanjavur District in survey Nos.177, 178-1, 178-2, 179, 225, 226, 227, 230, 230-2, 230-3, 230-4, 230-5, 247, 248-1 and 248-2 and further direct the respondents to remove the encroachments made in Senganakulam Lake forthwith based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2024.
