PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No. 2, Trichy, to expeditiously complete the trial and dispose of CC No. 362/2016 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No. 2, Trichy. For Petitioner : Mr.V.S.Kumaraguru

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Trichy, to complete the trial and dispose of C.C.No. 362 of 2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Trichy, is directed to dispose of C.C.No. 362 of 2016, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

Further the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on all hearing dates without fail. If the petitioner fails to appear before the trial court on the hearing dates, the trial Court shall take action against the petitioner in accordance with law.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
