ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to instruct the 3rd respondent to return the petitioner's S.S.L.C. Mark Sheet, Community Certificate and Transfer Certificate within a stipulated time.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the certificates were already handed over to the petitioner.

3. Mr.Venkatakrishnan, who is working as an Account Officer in the second respondent Office, is also present before this Court and confirmed the same.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
