The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2017 and grant patta in respect of 6.76 acres of land situated in New Survey No.38/1, Sakkiliyapatti Village,

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the third respondent has issued a proceedings recommending to delete the names of Ponnusamy, Subramanian and Thangasamy, children of Govindan and to issue patta in favour of Muthuraman, S/o.Perumal and that therefore, the writ petition may be closed.
