ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the first respondent to give suitable direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner at the instigation of the fourth respondent by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 10.09.2024 within the period as stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner was working as driver under the fourth respondent; that the fourth respondent has given a complaint against the petitioner for taking five sovereigns of jewels and cheating the fourth respondent and CSR.No.233 of 2024 came to be registered and at the enquiry, the petitioner has agreed to return the same and on that basis, the complaint was ordered to be closed and that subsequently, the petitioner has given a compliant before the first respondent and the same was forwarded to the third respondent and is pending in C.S.R.No.273 of 2024. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) and also taking into account the overall facts and circumstances, the following directions are issued:- "(a) The third respondent will issue written summons to the petitioner and to the private respondent for causing their appearance before him for enquiry. There is no question of orally summoning the parties to the police station. (b) The third respondent will conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
