Side), in view of the decision of the Hon'ble First Bench reported in 2019 (6) CTC 465 (C.Surendhar vs The Director General Of Police and Others), the prayer sought for in this criminal original petition is not maintainable. Hence, the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
