ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 30.09.2024 and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Munsif Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC & NDPS Act Cases,Sessions Judge,(FAC),Mahila Court,Pudukkottai,in D.No.638/2025 dated 16.02.202530.05.2025 seeking further extension of time for disposal of the case in Spl.S.C.No. 10 of 2023 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC & NDPS Act Cases,Sessions Judge,(FAC),Mahila Court,Pudukkottai, this Court made the following order:- This Court, while disposing of Crl.OP(MD) No.16033 of 2024, by its order, dated 30.09.

2024 has directed the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Pudukkottai, to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No. 10 of 2023, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2.The learned Special Judge, who is incharge of Mahila Court, Pudukkottai has circulated a letter dated 30.05.2025, seeking further time of six months to dispose of Spl.S.C.No.10 of 2023 as the Officer is Full Incharge of the Court.
