ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the proceedings, pending in Na.Ka.No.8983/2020/A7, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The petitioner had made a representation before the first respondent for joint Patta with respect to the subject property. Since there was no progress in the proceedings, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.8983/2020/A7, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall give an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the third respondent before passing final orders. 2/4
