This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition No.2 imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1064 of 2023, dated 12.04.2023, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi, Trichy District. 1/3

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by the order dated 12.04.2023, while granting bail, the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until the committal process is over. But, the petitioner being a coolie worker, she is unable to travel 35 kms daily to comply the above said condition. However, she has complied the condition regularly from 22.04.2023. Therefore, now seeks modification. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied the above said condition regularly. 4.In view of the submissions made on either side, the condition No.2, imposed upon the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
